Not a violation of the username policy. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. This doesn't appear to be a case where the person is trying to impersonate someone. Their sole edit so far asks the question about how they can get an article about themselves on the project. Greetings! I am requesting an extension of my NPP trial or have it made permanent. I was previously given a one-month extension to demonstrate my AfD skills, and in the one-month trial prior to that, I demonstrated my Review and AfC skills. Unfortunately, I have been busy preparing for the Chinese Chemistry Olympiads Finals and have had little time to edit Wikipedia for the past month. I'd like to get this right to delete unnecessary redirects (i.e. move pages over existing single revision redirects regardless of target). Additionally, I would also like to try to harmonize some pages of Spanish municipalities with the name of the country and the province (when necessary) instead of other subnational units (such as comarca). Moreover if a double denomination exists in some cases, I shall use the slash with spaces in between to enhance visual effect of different linguistic nomenclatures. I regularly patrol the recent changes page using filters that flag edits that may have problems or could be vandalism. With confirmed vandals, I keep an eye on their contributions for a short time afterwards to catch any resumed vandalism, while continuing to patrol recent changes. I previously used RedWarn, but I currently use UltraViolet and Twinkle. Rollback would enhance my recent change patrolling and anti-vandalism efforts. Thank you. Template editor

Due to the chronic shortage of admins at DYK to perform prep-to-queue moves, the protection levels were recently downgraded to Template editor - really per WT:DYK#Plan of action v2 but you may wish to start at WT:DYK#Giving queues template instead of full protection? for the full context.
