It has been tagged because there have been several brand new editors who have attempted to turn it into a promotional vehicle, which is a misuse of Wikipedia. Some of their problematic editing remains in the article, which badly needs to be based on independent reliable sources instead of selfpromotional fluff. If you can help with that, great! Dear @MrOllie , I hope that you are well. I read carefully the guidelines and proceeded with editing the piece by adding references that are not linked to the living subject matter. I also made some minor additions to the text based on some information that I was able to find. Grateful for your support as I am building my knowledge to support wikipedia. Dear @MrOllie thank you for clarifying this. I am rather confused though. I have noticed that you have followed this article for some time. I asked for you help to improve it. I made the additions your requested focusing on adding references that are verifiable and independent. As per the above history, I asked for your feedback and if I addressed the concerns so that you can remove the tag. You did not answer and only sent the above message when I removed the tac.

The sources you have been adding have either been directly associated with the bio subject (because he wrote them or they were published by an affiliated org) or they are trivial mentions (times he was quoted in the media). These sources do not address the concerns I mentioned above. Your use of citations to this author on another page also make me feel you may be another affiliated editor. I am a volunteer specialising in justice, youth justice and restorative justice. I have started editing pages of this content. I do not feel qualified to edit other types of pages. I do not feel strongly about any of the pages I work on. I just feel strongly about being treated with fairness, transparency and respect especially since we are all volunteering here for a greater educational cause. You added stuff that is clearly written by the subject of the article and/or by groups he is associated with. I don't know how to be any more clear than that - you presumably read the citations you added, I'm sure you know which ones I'm talking about. The new proposed 'Key research findings' section is particularly problematic, being apparently WP:original research based on primary sources.
