Removed Debuts

I get it that removing the debuting countries is necessary since it does not follow WP:V, but is there another point of removing while some of the debuting countries have delegates listed on the contestants list with proper citation? Infoboxes are populated using referenced material in the article body per WP:INFOBOX. As long as the referenced body material exists, the infobox can be used. IMO, it would be easier to populate some aspects of the infobox after the event as this article is in constant flux, but this is unlikely to happen as it seems it must all be updated the moment it's posted on instagram.
