Broad survey of the invertebrates. I will expect students to choose an invertebrate species local to the NE Pacific coast to research and contribute to existing Wikipedia pages. I anticipate that most species students might select will already have pages, so their efforts will primarily be contributions, but there may be species that do not yet have pages.

I will expect students to source most of their content to peer-reviewed literature, so most of the contributions will be brief summaries or explanations of unique, interesting, or foundational examples of organismal natural history, physiology, or medical or economic benefit to humans.
