This class will teach you how to be a "Wikipedian", editing or creating real pages for science, contributing directly to world knowledge on topics related to molecular biology while developing skills in and appreciation for scientific literacy.

This wiki education module of the course will count for 20% of HW Bass' Adv Molec Biol (PCB 5595) course. Most activities will ramp up in the latter 1/3 of the Fall semester.

Each student will take the WEP tutorials mid-semester, select pages and begin content editing in November, and present a summary of their contributions in class a the end of the course (in December).
