Some useful tips about editing

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! I see that you're doing this as part of a class assignment, so can I give you a few tips about editing? First, the introduction doesn't need to be part of a section. Generally, the introduction is at the top of the page, while the other parts are sectioned. Secondly, please don't remove categories. These are there because they're necessary to allow users to quickly find the page as part of a single topic. See Wikipedia:Categorization for more information. Lastly, when doing sections, new sections generally have two equal signs to the left and right. Three equal signs are used when the section has a sub-section. If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest reading Wikipedia:Training/For_students for more help on editing. Lugia2453 (talk) 16:31, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
