Request reason:

First, I am blocked because my IPA has been blocked "Editing from 69.80.96.0/20 has been blocked (disabled) by Callanecc for the following reason(s):". My IPA is currently 69.80.101.164 ... a Virtual Proxy address in Los Angeles, which I maintain so I can access U.S. TV web sites down here at my geographical location in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Secondly, I am not sure how to copyright my picture that I took and tried to upload in 2007! as part of my User Page. For all intents and purposes, feel free to delete it! I just want to be able to make minor corrections to articles that contain typos, errors in grammar or minor fact from my personal knowledge. Dave.Grainer@gmail.com. Decline reason:

We routinely block proxies, so I'm not sure there's anything we can do here. PhilKnight (talk) 10:29, 25 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
