If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Pioneer Solutions requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Tagging for speedy deletion

[edit]

Whilst I appreciate the effort, you might want to try article building, improvement, and expansion instead. Then, after gaining more experience, you will be better able to judge improvement potential vs deletion desirability. Cheers, DlohCierekim 21:59, 19 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I decided to redirect Taykey to Innovid, which purchased the company last year. In general it's better to merge and redirect content that is mentioned elsewhere on the encyclopedia if the subject might not deserve it's own page on notability grounds. Just something to consider in the future. ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 23:07, 19 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Pioneer Solutions LLC

[edit]

Hello Sonstephen0,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Pioneer Solutions LLC for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Editing Wikipedia with a possible conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Sonstephen0. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.--SamHolt6 (talk) 17:52, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your attempt to nominate this article for deletion wasn't successful, all you did was link to the article's first AFD in 2014: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DataXu. You need to follow the steps at WP:AFD for a 2nd nomination and then complete steps 2 and 3. Thanks, shoy (reactions) 17:32, 29 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Dreamscape Immersive

[edit]

I created the Dreamscape Immersive article. I can't speak for anyone who edited the article after I did, but I do not work for Wiki Professionals (or anyone else). Including the Dreamscape Immersive article on the Wiki Professionals portfolio page (along with articles by other editors who clearly do not work for them) is part of the overall scam. (I just chatted with them (or with a bot) without revealing that I'm a longtime editor. Their responses to my questions blew my mind. According to Wiki Professionals, my non-existent company meets notability.)

I don't think the article was promotional, but I trimmed it to address your concerns. I removed the credentials of the co-founders and the details re: investors, and removed two of the three external links. I also updated it. As for not meeting GNG, there are refs from the New York Times, the LA Times, the Wall Street Journal, Variety, the Wrap Deadline and Forbes (by a senior contributor) that provide extensive coverage specifically about Dreamscape. I can add more references - there are plenty -- but I feel that it is already overkill. JSFarman (talk) 00:27, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

you didn't complete the deletion nomination

[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prometheus_Fuels You still got to follow the instructions to start the deletion discussion and write out a valid reason for you wanting to delete it. Dream Focus 17:45, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I just started the deletion nomination 5 mins ago and am still going through the process. Sonstephen0 (talk) 17:49, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Prometheus_Fuels&type=revision&diff=973335130&oldid=973227024&diffmode=source post the AFD notice in the article at 17:28, then after I posted a reminder here, you completed the nomination at 17:46. Doesn't take 18 minutes to go through the process so I assume you just forgot or didn't notice. Dream Focus 18:26, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I would argue 18 mins is a fair amount of time to write the draft / review the process before hitting submit. Not sure why you are going out of your way to be so defensive. Sonstephen0 (talk) 18:32, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
