Hi Scartol! An other user and me traduced this article for the Spanish Wikipedia, but we finded a little problem. Note 41 mentions that the author is Butler, but in the References section there's no Butler. Could you provide us the bibliographic information. Oh, I almost forget: it's a great work. Kindest regards, Agustín Any question? es-wiki 16:02, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Wow, thanks! There's nothing to forgive: we traduced the article for the Wikiconcurso (is like a contest); this year the aim was to traduce featured articles of other Wikipedias and I only speak English, so my group decided to look here; my partner Melisa loves articles about books and all that staff and we chose this. Looking at your userpage I saw that you made Cousin Bette a FA, so I'm going to traduce it. Best regards, Agustín Any question? es-wiki 17:25, 3 December 2009 (UTC) PD: You can call me Agustín
Thanks, but there's a little problem with them. I can't use them for the Wikiconcurso because the maximum of KB that they must have in es:wiki is 15, and they are bigger. However, I hope to have fun and I'd follow your contributions, in order to traduce any other FA. Kindest regards, Agustín Any question? es-wiki 18:15, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Scar! It's been mooonths since I've threatened to ask for you assistance with this article, which I've finally put up for peer review. So, depending upon our previous association, and if you wouldn't mind, could you please take a look at it? Thanks. --Christine (talk) 19:39, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Another question

Hi again Scartol, I'd like to know what does 34.2 means in Gilroy's reference. It happens the same with Jameson's 86.2. Kindest regards, Agustín Any question? es-wiki 23:20, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Oh, thanks! Agustín Any question? es-wiki 01:56, 5 December 2009 (UTC)

Monarchy of Spain

Greetings Scartol! I was directed to the General Copyeditors list opf the Wikipedia:Peer review/volunteers page, and wondered if you may lend your eyes to the Monarchy of Spain artical? I've been working on the artical since the summer, after watching the artical for the prior winter and observing practically no activity there. I wished to bring it to good artical status, prehaps now even featured artical. I've had two views helping me through peer review status, but it was suggested to broaden the audience somewhat so that we may edit out excessive jargon or awkward syntax. Might you be interested in giving the artical your expertise? Sincerly, D. Llewellyn ♦Drachenfyre♦·Talk 06:40, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

copy edit

can you copy edit Family Guy which is on FAC.--Pedro J. the rookie 15:03, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

Thank you!

have a lasagne. Does the article make sense to you? I tried to bring it down a few notches but it is still difficult to understand. Nice job on Balzac. And yes, hooray for Discworld, though no one seems to be editing it right now.

mmm lasagne

Request for copyedit help

User:Awadewit has suggested a short list of editors to help copyedit Seattle Sounders FC in preparation for an FA review (it has failed one already). You were among the editors she suggested. Please, if you have time available, would you mind contributing some of your copyedit skills to this article. Thank you! --SkotyWATalk|Contribs 17:13, 16 December 2009 (UTC)

One of the four editors Awadewit suggested has responded so the immediate need has been meet. That said, your copyedit skills are still welcome if you feel so inclined. Thanks. --SkotyWATalk|Contribs 05:28, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

TFA

Lisa Simpson

A while back, Pedro thy Master asked if you would be willing to take a look at the article for Lisa Simpson and you told him to get back to you when it was closer to FAC. I've been doing some work on the page in hopes of expanding it, but to my dismay, there isn't as much out there as I had hoped. As such, I don't think it's going to be expanded a lot and really just needs some polishing in preparation for a FAC (perhaps in late December or more likely early January). Would you still be willing to copyedit the page when you have time? There's no rush, so please take your time (I will continue to tweak the article but not much more will be added). Thanks, Scorpion0422 21:21, 19 December 2009 (UTC)

Thank you

Hi Scartol, A belated thank you for your help with copyediting the Amador Valley High School article and helping it reach FAC. The article has changed a lot under your suggestions with regards to style and readbility and I appreciate the time you have put in. Have a great holiday season. Great chemistry

Hey Scar, in the spirit of the holidays, and since you've shown me your Ricky Gervais/Elmo video, I thought I'd show you mine. Actually they have great chemistry, and it's almost as funny as the other one. Merry Christmas! --Christine (talk) 19:01, 22 December 2009 (UTC)

Merry Christmas, Scartol!

You'll let me know what I could possibly get you to compensate for all the incredible copy edits you've done with my clumsy prose? Thanks. Have a wonderful holiday, to you and Mrs. Scartol. --Moni3 (talk) 13:33, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

I...

...wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, although that frase is very common =D. I wish you the best for this 2010 that's coming in some days. Kindest regards, Agustín Any question? es-wiki 04:04, 26 December 2009 (UTC)

Happy New Year!

A noiseless patient spider,
I mark'd where on a little promontory it stood isolated,
Mark'd how to explore the vacant vast surrounding,
It launch'd forth filament, filament, filament, out of itself,
Ever unreeling them, ever tirelessly speeding them.

And you O my soul where you stand,
Surrounded, detached, in measureless oceans of space,
Ceaselessly musing, venturing, throwing, seeking the spheres to connect them,
Till the bridge you will need be form'd, till the ductile anchor hold,
Till the gossamer thread you fling catch somewhere, O my soul."
