Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... this woman has been battling Yelp and being the voice of business owners since 2008 has numerous media mentions[1][2][3][4][5], has produced several award winning motion pictures[6][7][8], authored 6 books with 1 winning a national award [9] and is the host of a nationally broadcast television show and the executive producer and co-creator of Plus Life:Unapologetically Fat & Fabulous[10][11][12] --SheRaWrites (talk) 21:32, 25 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Years-later work

[edit]

I've had this WP:REFUNDed into my userspace, to see whether it can be worked into something usable. I've done a bunch of cleanup on it, and linked (disambiguated as necessary) every named project of the subject, and they're all red-links, which is not encouraging. Some of the sources in the SheRaWrites post above appear to be things not worked into the erstwhile article yet, and even these are from almost a decade ago. There is probably newer material. Ashley's current Facebook profile mentions a few later projects and other details:

Plus some later personal-life deets: studied data science Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School; studied motion pictures and television at Hollywood Film Institute; lives [as of 2024] in Miami Beach, Florida; lived [date range unspecified] in San Rafael, California.

Of the four additional projects, all are also red links, so presumptively non-notable. Without someone doing a bunch of source research to find "non-trivial (in-depth) coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject", I think this draft is not going to become a viable article, despite the fact that we need more articles on women entrepreneurs and production-side media people.  — SMcCandlish ¢ 😼  20:33, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
