Ideas: At the Wolf's Table (for Italian) and (for English)

[edit]

Hi, Rei! I found out about a novel called At the Wolf's Table, about a food taster for Hitler. It was written by an Italian author, Rosella Postorino. Turns out she has an article in Italian but not on in English. But the book has one in English but not in Italian (Italian title is Le assaggiatrici)

If you're interested, let me know! WhisperToMe (talk) 13:36, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Paper Fish

[edit]

Have you heard of the novel Paper Fish? It's about an Italian American family in Chicago in the 1950s. I don't think they ever translated the book into Italian, but maybe you'll be interested in it WhisperToMe (talk) 16:56, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much for the new articles!
One last thing: en:At the Wolf’s Table does not yet have an Italian language version of the article. If you like, you're welcome to do that one too!

Re: Brescia, Popham stated it was Brescia but Corriere della Sera stated the actual location (Sarezzo) so I am citing that newspaper for the location. WhisperToMe (talk) 07:35, 6 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimedians of the Levant

[edit]

Hi! user:علاء said that he's interested in finding someone to translate the meta pages of meta:Wikimedians of the Levant into French. Are you interested in doing this?

Thanks, WhisperToMe (talk) 05:44, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Rei Momo: Levant is the region covering Lebanon, Israel, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan. The Levant Wikimedians group does not cover Israel but covers the other four territories. The text is at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedians_of_the_Levant - Thanks! WhisperToMe (talk) 13:48, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
