Your recent moving actions

[edit]

I have noticed from the help that you had the intention to move Saint Paul's Cathedral, Wellington, and eventually unilaterally decided to move it to Wellington Cathedral of St Paul. Please note that this name is not very conventional, and your move may have been controversial. You did not put this move into discussion on the talk page, and as a result there may be opposition. From the help desk, I see that you may have a conflict of interest. Please be reminded that there are policies regarding the titles of articles, and official names are not always the correct article names (see this essay: WP:ON). Moreover, the Cathedral does not own the article. Hence, all information should be supported with reliable sources. From your edits, you have added substantial amounts of information without proper citations. Please read through the policies and post on the talk page explaining your rationale for moving the page. Simply saying that it is "wrong" is too vague. The Average Wikipedian (talk) 05:50, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
