"Republic Of Kit Kat!"

[edit]

Do not even think of creating any such article, or any fake article or hoax article whatsoever. That is disruptive editing and can lead to a block. Cullen328 (talk) 22:45, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Why so harsh?! I put that accidentally! PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 23:19, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Are you trying to put a hate comment, or something?! PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 23:22, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Cullen328 - a very experienced and conscientious editor - gave you advice to help you avoid having your account indefinitely blocked. And put it here where other editors are much less likely to see it rather than at Teahouse, where one result might be that other editors would review all of your edits to see if you are doing other actions that merit a block. I put that 2nd comment by accident, but I thought is was kid of harsh. PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 12:48, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Article creation

[edit]

New editors who have accounts that are at least four days old and have made more than ten edits can skip the draft process and create an article in mainspace. This is strongly advised against. New articles are evaluated by New Pages Patrol (WP:NPP). If the articles contain fatal flaws they can be Speedy deleted; if almost good enough, converted to drafts. Thus, in practice, skipping the draft/review process is reserved for editors who have had past success in creating articles. David notMD (talk) 11:30, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is over. I am just kindly asking, I am getting extremely overwhelmed of people telling me the same thing, (besides you, @David notMD.) my embarrassing Kit Kat micronation, so please give this an end. One or two is enough. PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 12:44, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. A reminder that any entry at Teahouse attracts a lot of attention. See List of micronations for actual articles. David notMD (talk) 07:54, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 12:38, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Modern Marvels

[edit]

What you added should be reverted, but I am leaving you this note so you can consider fixing it. References are not required in the Lead (first section of an article) but can be added. More importantly, any content in the Lead should be expanded upon in the body of the article, with verifying references. You added the A&E mention and 34 years, but that is not shown elsewhere in the article. Secondly, text such as science, etc., should be Wikilinked only once. You copied content from the body of the article to the Lead, but now all those terms are Wikilinked twice. David notMD (talk) 11:33, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! It is fascinating to have an Internet buddy around. PolskiSlaskiego! (talk) 21:33, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
