Hello! In the vaginismus article you replaced a Cochrane review with a citation to primary research describing a single study. Per WP:MEDRS, Wikipedia favors reviews of literature over the results of a single study, so I reverted what you did. If you have something more to say about why you think the Cochrane review ought to be replaced then please share at talk:Vaginismus and please also post at Wikipedia:WikiProject Medicine to alert others to join the discussion.
