Request reason:

My blocking is related to my ISP, and I don't have any direct contact with them. I did not personally violate any of the guidelines since I am still a new user and I have not yet personally edited a lot of page.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline since your account is not directly blocked. And while I could suggest you use {{unblock-auto}} instead, the way we've been having to block IPs and ranges as proxies lately I think you might just be better going to WP:IPECPROXY and asking for IP block exemption. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:31, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
