Is there a number I need to hit for "independent" coverage? So far, I have the Smithsonian, National Newspaper Association, Editor & Publisher Magazine, The Montana Standard, The Missoulian, and The Helena Independent Record. That's six from companies not associated with Mullen. Would the other sources still be accepted as adequate links for another person? They are legitimate legal publishing newspapers of public record, some in existence for more than 100 years. MontanaInfo (talk) 22:36, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Jesse Mullen, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:MontanaInfo, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=MontanaInfo|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. You still have not responded to this COI notice sent by User:GPL93, and you appear to be a single-purpose editor.
