Hi Mike, I am also trying to figure this website!

Hey Mike, if I write on your talk page, does that make us friends? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bisonlacrosse40 (talkcontribs) 12:59, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Methodist College of Engineering and Technology I chose this article because it is about an academic institute that barely has any information on wikipedia. There is a good fundamental base that needs to be expanded upon. There is a lot of information online about this institute that is not on the wikipedia page, therefore, making it notable. There definitely is an availability of sources, especially the colleges main website. Information about the college is very easy to understand and is something that I could research and supply to wikipedia. Since there is a lack of information on this page but there is plenty of research that can be done, I feel as if I can make a significant contribution.

Cancer Fighting Cells For having such little information, there is plenty of research that can be added to this page. The subject is notable since there is plenty of medical research already out there about fighting cancer which also provides an availability of sources. When it comes to understanding the topic, that might be the only issue considering I don't have a medical background although I feel that I know the basic concepts. It is a substantial subject considering all the information out there regarding fighting cancer.

Occupational hearing loss This article caught my eye as it seems interesting how numerous occupations can result in the loss of hearing. The is plenty of information out there regarding jobs that are hazardous to hearing that can be mentioned in this article. The subject is notable considering it is an actual issue that, I assume, commonly gets overlooked. The basic concepts of this topic are easy to understand as it is just information about jobs that result in hearing loss. I'm sure there are plenty of occupations out there that can be discussed and therefore make this subject a substantial one.

After evaluating these three articles, I feel as if Occupational hearing loss would be the best topic to pursue moving forward. There should be a lot of published research regarding jobs relating to hearing loss and I feel that I can make a significant contribution to the article.

Finally, I have officially decided to select Occupational hearing loss as my topic and article to edit. There is plenty of scholarly research out there regarding this topic which makes it a great one to edit considering Wikipedia has little coverage of it.
