In The Statement of 1000 even if the copyright position is OK, you do not include the text of the statement itself because it is source material which Wikipedia does not do. This English version does not seem to appear on the web so feel free establish that you have permission to publish and then post it to Wikisource. But the "all rights reserved" part must, of course be omitted. Incidentally what is the point of using an (inappropriate) DEFAULTSORT tag and then using a piped actegory definition thus: [[Category:Political activism| ]]? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:35, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article The Statement of 1000 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no evidence of notability

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:39, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
