Decline reason:

The evidence for sockpuppetry appears to be very strong. Implied threats, even veiled ones, against other editors will not advance your cause. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:40, 1 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I'm rather interested in knowing why you've used that particular template for your request. It wasn't on the blocking notice that was posted here by Smartse. Peridon (talk) 21:04, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
If I'm going to have myself criticized here, please be more clear. What allegations are "unfounded"? Also, you will need to be more clear about why I should be blocked from the site, so that I can direct you to the proper forum to use when applying to have me blocked. In the meanwhile, you may wish to address the Conflict Of Interest discussion about you (you will find the link above), and if you get the opportunity to continue to edit, you may wish to learn more about the appropriate content for Wikipedia pages and appropriate sourcing, and if you seek to be involved on the Mark W. Rocha article, to be involved in the discussion at Talk:Mark W. Rocha. --Nat Gertler (talk) 21:19, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

New editor tips

[edit]

I realize that your user account is new on Wikipedia, and that you may not have had a lot of experience on editing here. Some tips:

  • Tags, sucha s the "unreliable sources" and "autobiography" tags, are there to help editors improve the articles by pointing out noted problems. Deleting them when the problems have not been addressed does not improve the encyclopedia, it stands in the way of it being improved.
  • The articles here are not intended to be promotional, and they should include well-sourced negative information of reasonable interest, not just positive.
  • If you find yourself in an ongoing disagreement over a page, the proper thing to do is not to repeatedly add back your changes without comment, but to try to reach consensus by engaging in discussion on the article's talk page, such as the one at Talk:Mark W. Rocha. --Nat Gertler (talk) 15:56, 26 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
