Hanna's Sabbath Dress

[edit]

I've made an edit to your draft - you can see it as a suggestion and undo if you disagree: I think it makes it look less promotional, and therefore more likely to be accepted. --Slashme (talk) 22:28, 29 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Looks good! I was taking the promotional angle when writing that section, and now I see it is better to neutrally paraphrase.

2019 US Banknote Contest

[edit]
US Banknote Contest
November-December 2019

There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons.

In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards. Whether you want to claim the Gold Wiki or you just want to have fun, all are invited to participate.

If you do not want to receive invitations to future US Banknote Contests, follow the instructions here

@Llacb47 AlphaMaleSigma's username is something I would expect from a vandal (no offense).
With that aside, this is a perfect opportunity for you to learn more about planes. In fact, this is a requirement.

@Thomas Khan 45678 You provided no source and needlessly modified what seems to be the established on-wiki spelling of "Sheikh". If there's a good reason you did that, I apologize, but next time fill in the edit summary. Llacb47 (talk) 04:47, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You have been trouted for: Using uw3s 3 times in a row (Did you know that uw4 exists)? uw4im also exists! If they vandalise past their 4th warning, you can report them to WP:AIV Myrealnamm (💬talk · ✏️contribs) at 19:00, 12 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, yeah I did know but didn't figure it was a huge deal since the user is obviously ignoring their talk page anyway. My bad :) Llacb47 (talk) 19:06, 12 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
