Your conflict of interest

[edit]

Hi. Thanks for disclosing your conflict of interest in regards to Oakridge International School. There are a few things I'm requesting:

  1. Please put that same disclosure on your user page.
  2. Please go to WP:CHU to change your user name to something acceptable that identifies you, specifically, rather than just your employer.
  3. Please do continue to work through intermediaries. Because you have a conflict of interest, by asking other Wikipedians directly or posting to the article's talk page you're helping us to keep our content objective.

Feel free to ask if you have other questions. Chris Troutman (talk) 06:03, 24 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your username

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "OakridgeIntl", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because usernames which imply they represent a specific group, company, or organization (for example, Oakridge International School) are not allowed per WP:ORGNAME. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:49, 24 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Username is updated

[edit]

Marchjuly (talk) and User:Chris troutman (talk) This has been taken care. I have changed the username.

OK, but just remember to try and follow WP:COI if you are connected to the school in anyway. It's especially important to follow WP:PAID if you are being compensated in any form to make changes to the article or any other content about the school on Wikipedia.
Finally, please try to remember to sign you talk page posts, and also take a look at WP:PING to see how to properly ping other editors if you would like them to comment on something you posted, etc.
Good luck with your editing. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:44, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
