Please become aware with Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy among other policies and standards for making edits. It really isn't a good idea to have KSU employees editing KSU articles (unless it is on their own time as private editors) because what has happened on KSU articles and in other situations like this is the articles start becoming advertisments and are whitewashed to relfect positivley on the subject rather than present a balanced view. Wikipedia contains encyclopedic articles, so it needs to reflect unbiased, neutral points of view. See also WP:POV. To be on here acting as the KSU marketing department just seems to be to promote KSU, which while I am as big a KSU fan as anyone (alumni BA '08 and MAT '09), this isn't the place for it. You'll note the Lester Lefton article has a neutrality tag on it, meaning editors have questioned how neutral the article actually is. Currently, it reads much like a resume or bio on the school's website, which serves a far different purpose than an encyclopedic article. --JonRidinger (talk) 20:44, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
