Notes

Hi! I had a couple of notes - the main thing is that I turned the research/work section into a bibliography section, since it came across as too much of an essay/reaction to the work. A better way to format it would be something like the section here. Also, this needs more independent and reliable sources to help establish notability and back up claims - keep in mind that the source must explicitly state the claim it's backing up.
