[edit]

Hello, Jihobae, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hi there!

[edit]

My name is Owen Dugmore and I'd like to take a moment to rant about help you consider a few formatting possibilities on Wikipedia. As you can see, links are a cool way to make connections with other articles. Plus:

As a side note, if you want your username to show up on your page with the first letter in lowercase like mine, use the lowercase template. However, if you want it to show up like that in your signature, you'll instead need to change your signature settings in your preferences. How did I get a link to your preferences? Don't worry, I won't share it with anyone else unless they offer me over $9000. Just kidding. That link doesn't contain any personal data, such as your password. Clicking it takes you to your preferences page while it takes me to mine thanks to a complex system involving cookies and other types of session data. And you thought computers were made of magic. oadugmore (talk) 21:28, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
