Information icon Hello, I'm Thepenguin9. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Anglo-Egyptian Sudan—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Thepenguin9 (talk) 22:22, 13 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Anglo-Egyptian Sudan. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Thepenguin9 (talk) 22:31, 13 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Republic of Maryland, you may be blocked from editing. Poydoo (talk) 17:13, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User talk:JesusJohnson7. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Doug Weller talk 12:32, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kenya Colony. – Aranya (talk) 03:42, 24 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doug Weller talk 08:51, 24 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I was just trying to correct some inaccuracies with some pages,e.g the Kenya Colony. There is no start or end date. Thank you. JesusJohnson7 (talk) 10:44, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You appeared to be putting your own unsourced interpretations in articles, this appears as vandalism to others who are unaware of your motivations. When you were challenged, you responded with an insult. To be unblocked, you will need to explain how your edits will change going forward and how to handle the situation when you edits are disputed. I am declining your request at this time. 331dot (talk) 10:49, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I am sincerely sorry for my non constructive edits. I shall not insult another editor when they po8nt out my mistakes. I shall also refrain from editing without sources. Thank you JesusJohnson7 (talk) 12:38, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Hi JesusJohnson7, this is too unspecific, and apparently too early. The lack of maturity displayed in your response to the concerns has probably not changed within two weeks; the apology was typed hastily enough to contain a strange typography error. When it was not answered within 20 minutes, a new message was created out of apparent impatience. While this alone is not reason enough to justify a block, it adds to the negative impression you have left so far. To be unblocked, at very least a specific request is required. You'll need to explain which of your contributions led to concerns, why they have been undone by other editors, and which contributions you would like to make in the future. Please provide specific examples: Which articles would you like to edit, and how? If you explain why the block currently prevents useful contributions, it will likely be lifted. The community is very open to second chances (see WP:Standard offer, for example), and we will welcome you back one day. Take your time; there is no deadline. Good luck and best regards, ~ ToBeFree (talk) 16:35, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I will always use sources for future edits. JesusJohnson7 (talk) 11:12, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You were asked to give specific examples of edits you want to make. You haven't done so. Instead you displayed more of the impatience that ToBeFree commented on. If you genuinely do not intend to ever edit again, there's no reason to unblock you. If you intend to follow the course ToBeFree pointed out, WP:UTRS is available to you, but you'll have to be much more specific than in your requests here. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

UTRS 30372

[edit]

The interface we use for UTRS is under repair, so I will respond here directly. Please read and heed ToBeFree's decline comments. There were specific instructions. Also, your anger at admins for protecting Wikipedia against disruption, however well intentioned, suggests a lack of ability to work in a collaborative environment. Lashing out at others does not help your cause. Thanks, --Deep fried okra User talk:Deepfriedokra 05:02, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, JesusJohnson7. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "British Military Administration in Somalia".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 15:54, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
