A tag has been placed on OptimumNano Energy Co.,Ltd., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Please help me with...

Hi Jaci, I have left you some comments on the talk page of OptimumNano Energy Co.,Ltd. with some general guidelines and observations on the article. Maybe this helps. Let me know if you have further questions. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 08:58, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
(Copied from deleted talk page) Dear Jaci, many thanks for your contribution. I have left some guidance on your talk page which outlines some of the principles of Wikipedia. The main points of concern I'd like to raise are: a) the language like "our company" indicates you may be closely connected to the firm. Editing of articles with Conflict of Interest is generally discouraged. The same language may also be indicative of promotional language. b) the article does not have any external, unbiased sources to substantiate the claim and notability. Any statements that are not independently verified may be deleted at any time. c) companies need to be notable, i.e. they need to be covered in e.g. external media on a regular basis to establish notability. I do see some limited coverage after a basic google search, but this may not be sufficient. It would be a great help if you could look at the above guidance notes and update the article accordingly. If you have any questions, please let me know. Jake Brockman (talk) 08:38, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
after further review I noticed this contents is a direct copy from the company website which causes copyright concerns. I have added copyright violation to the reasons for deletion.pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 10:15, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Jacilai805. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article OptimumNano Energy Co.,Ltd., you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Jake Brockman (talk) 08:33, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
