[edit]

I have serious doubts regarding the veracity of this page. citing Christian sources to support an article about Jesus seem rather one sided.

if you were to cite sources who did not have a vested agenda in proving the historicity of Jesus it would lend some credence.

I believe you will find that genuine researches have found there to be no evidence to support the claim that

Jesus was a real person. http://www.nobeliefs.com/exist.htm http://www.stellarhousepublishing.com/jesusmyth.html http://jdstone.org/cr/files/nohistoricalevidenceofjesus.html

I will not endeavor to alter your page on my own I have Christian family and friends and respect their views and realize that faith very often will not recognize facts nor change because of contrary evidence.

President Obama is NOT the first African American President he is the first mixed race president and the first president with an African father.

Michelle Obama is the first African American First Lady.

while not extremely important is sets the tone of not worrying about being accurate.

¬¬¬¬Jim McBride aka iowastate, also the father of a mixed race child which is why this is rather important to me¬¬¬¬

B.C.E.

all articles in Wikipedia should reference BCE as in Before Common Era rather than BC as in Before Christ since this site is used by the entire world and Christians are a minority religion in the world.

by force of common usage turned into tradition most of the world is forced to use the Christian dating system rather than their own systems, why insult everyone further by continually making reference to a god they do not worship or believe in.

it takes very little effort to make an historical date of BCE rather than BC and it does show that we are a universal site and not run by christians which is the implication of BC
