Dave, I can't be any clearer: You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia. You were blocked because you were disruptive, and you are not entitled to resume editing by simply moving on to a new account. Because you are not permitted to edit the encyclopedia - and have been informed of this many, many times, your edits may be reverted on sight, without any explanation, no matter how good or bad they may be. I direct your attention, again, to this table: Wikipedia:BLOCKBANDIFF#Difference_between_bans_and_blocks.
