@PhilKnight: I'm not akin to unblock at this time without addressing why the block is no longer needed. This is not a one time incident. They were blocked on commons 3x - in 2017 & 2019 for uploading the same/similar unfree files. Then in Oct 2020, I blocked them for repeated recreation (including using alternate names to get them by a review of deleted history). They also currently are uploading NFCC content at arwiki, that if posted to enwiki would have questionable status, and shows a lack of understanding of the standards. And this user has tried to edit many wikis, which makes me think they don't understand the policies of each wiki, but are going on a general sense of what is right, and I feel we would need to do more cleanup over that. After I wrote this, I also found my previous comments that got lost in archiving of previous unblock requests. -- Amanda (she/her) 03:06, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

در ابتدا می خواهم بگویم که هدف من همیشه کمک به ویکی پدیا بوده است برخی از ویرایش های من برای این مخرب بوده اند که سعی در ایجاد مقالاتی داشتم که متاسفانه از استاندارد های ویکی پدیا برخوردار نبوده اند و به همین دلیل حذف شده اند کار من اشتباه بود سعی داشتم که با آپلود کردن تصاویری که مستنداتی برای اثبات سرشناسی مقاله ها داشتند از حذف آنها جلوگیری کنم تصاویر خیلی قدیمی بودند و من فکر می کردم که امکان بارگذاری آن ها در ویکی پدیای انگلیسی وجود دارد اما من در حال نقض کپی رایت های مربوط به آپلود تصاویر در ویکی پدیا بودم و این کار من باز درست نبود من اشتباهات خودم را پذیرفته ام

آن مقاله ها قبلا به دلیل آنچه در سیاست حذف آمده است حذف شده بودند
در بند شماره هفت سیاست حذف آمده
مقالاتی که تلاش کامل برای یافتن منابع معتبر برای به تأیید رساندن آنها شکست خورده است [1]

تصاویر حذف شده سیاست استفاده از تصویر را در ویکی پدیای انگلسی نقض می کردند من متاسفانه در حال بارگذاری تصاویری بودم که متعلق به خودم نبود و از طرفی دارای مجوز رایگان برای بارگذاری در ویکی پدیا هم نبود من به اشتباه فکر می کردم چون تصاویر قدیمی هستند امکان بارگذای آنها وجود دارد درواقع من فقط قصد داشتم با بارگذاری آن تصاویر به اثبات سرشناسی مقاله کمک کنم اما به اشتباه باعث نقض سیاست های ویکی پدیا شدم

برای مشارکت در ویکی پدیا باید به منابع معتبر و قابل تایید استناد کرد و در ایجاد و یا ویرایش باید دیدگاه بی‌ طرفی را رعایت کرد

به این معنی که باید مطالب و دیدگاه های که در مقالات گنجانده میشود بدون تعصب و بدون تحقیق دست اول باشد و همچنین سرشناسی را براورده کند

من باید سعی کنم که برای مشارکت در ویکی پدیا سیاست های هر ویکی را در نظر بگیرم و برای بهبود ویکی پدیا تلاش کنم

ویرایش های که در ویکی پدیا انجام میدهم و مقالاتی که ایجاد می کنم باید از سیاست های آن ویکی پیروی کند

I still don't think that replying with high level idea of what the policies are and saying what you did is a mistake, is sufficient to unblock or meets my request. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier, but I'm not satisfied at this point.
