Page move notification

[edit]

FYI, I've renamed the page you created, Ian Gillespie (Westbank), to Ian Gillespie (developer). I made the change to a more generic description per Wikipedia's standards for such titles. And besides, what if he goes to another company? The article looks good. Keep up the good work. --Finngall talk 18:07, 6 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Ian Gillespie (developer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Local developer with little notability outside of his company (which would be a better target for this information). Article is heavily promotional and would be hard to salvage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
