I am surprised you reverted my edits from her lead. Where is it ever stated that this is "not for the lead"? I've read many other FAs and GAs; they indeed cite children's genders and names in the lead section. Spelling Style (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 00:16, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. RfC process

[edit]

With all due respect, you've been on Wikipedia long enough to know that we don't cut corners on RfCs. Slapping an RfC tag on a discussion that already had gone on for over a week is improper and not the way a legitimate RfC is done. Please go to WP:RfC and follow the directions there so that editors and admins are all properly notified and so that we have an honest process at Talk:Woody Allen. If you'd needed help, you could have just asked me — I'd offered my support. --Tenebrae (talk) 18:37, 4 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've been very busy lately, and haven't been able to follow the discussion. Although I've been around for quite some time, I don't edit often and I still don't know how to close a rfc, :( Gene2010 (talk) 08:39, 17 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
