A tag has been placed on Utkirbek Kakhorov requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Utkirbek Kakhorov. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. An article you recently created, Esat Karlıdağ, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). Hello Lostinniagarafalls. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Lostinniagarafalls. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Lostinniagarafalls|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PRAXIDICAE💕 16:22, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I am impressed seeing this. I have just written to @StarMisissipi "What is COI? Is that Certificated of Insurance?" I even didn't know what is COI. I declare that I am not paid for anything that I have been contributing to Wiki projects. I do this volontarily. I do edits into many topics related very broad range of spheres. Lostinniagarafalls (talk) 18:38, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Lostinniagarafalls Perhaps you can enlighten myself and Star Mississippi as to how these images [1] [2] [3] [4] of subjects you've written (promotionally, at that) about just happen to be your own work but you lack any connection? PRAXIDICAE💕 19:28, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

How can I send you a video message that I am the one who personally know all you mentioned? Lostinniagarafalls (talk) 05:56, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As you've already been made aware of our COI and paid editing policy, you know what you need to do and I suggest you do so before editing again. PRAXIDICAE💕 14:17, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Ost316. I noticed that you recently removed all content from Laziz Rustamov. Please do not do this. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. As a rule, if you discover a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If a page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. Your submission at Articles for creation: Esat Karlıdağ (September 25)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Chris troutman was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Every single one of the citations is not independent: they are each fluff pieces from interviews of the subject with flattering pictures of the subject because each are published at the behest of the subject. This is a guy buying his own media coverage. Wikipedia does not tolerate these fluff bios. You give the impression of being an undeclared paid editor. Please tell your client Wikipedia is not friendly to this.

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Utkirbek Qahhorov while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. conflict of interest

[edit]

It seems that you have a particular interest in a set of articles and I worry that you have taken pay for this work without telling us. You are legally obligated to disclose if you are being paid to edit. Wikipedia also has rules regarding conflicts of interest, whether you've been paid or not. If you keep causing us, the volunteer editing community, a bunch of problems we might just block you and your other accounts from editing, including IPs. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:22, 28 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Inbazar, which you proposed for deletion, because its deletion has previously been contested or viewed as controversial. Proposed deletion is not for controversial deletions. For this reason, proposed deletion is disallowed on articles that have previously been de-prodded, even by the page's creator, or which have previously been listed on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{proposed deletion}} template back to the article, but feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Final warning

[edit]

As should be clear from the notices above, you have been creating too many inappropriate articles, and have also dodged questions regarding whether you are being paid to edit that those inappropriate articles have raised from several editors. This is the final chance you will receive to rectify this before you are blocked from editing entirely. Firstly, your next edit is required to be a clear answer to the following question: Are you being paid or compensated to edit Wikipedia? If your next edit is anything except a direct and clear answer to that, I will block you. Secondly, you will need to address why you have been creating so many articles that end up deleted. Editors are expected to understand policies on notability, neutrality, and the like, prior to creating any articles. If you do not understand these policies (which clearly, if you titled an article starting with "Dr." inappropriately, you don't), then you will need to refrain from further mainspace creations until you do.
