Speedy deletion nomination of Saiful Alam Sabuj

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Saiful Alam Sabuj for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Humanity Revolution Bangladesh, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Hey, you just siply putting the maintanace template. But, explain me why you are doing so. You have fixed it. you almost deleted half of the article and fixed it. but you are not removing the maintance template. could you please explain. If you think something not appropriate you correct them and remove the maintance template. happy to have further discussion and respect your long experiecne with Wiki. That's your judgement. But, at the same time you have a very bias aggression towards the pages I am writing. You need to give a reasons if you change the template, you need to explain why so the other understands. You cannot simply demage a page, remove the paragraph, remove the references. All needs time to collect and write. You should be factual, rather than emotional. Don't just demage someone's elses work. damaging event. I am noticing you are moving towards vendalism.
