[edit]Well laid out. References look great; good plan for improving the article.
My only suggestion would be to cite your work as you go, to avoid having to go back at the end and add all your citations in. You might also consider adding links out to other pages on Wikipedia to help readers through difficult sections, e.g. trinucleotide repeat.
