You submitted an article for creation about the Teagle Foundation. I rejected it with the following suggestions

"I ran search queries on the Teagle Foundation as part of the standard review process. The Teagle Foundation is certainly notable and suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia. However, this article consists of the announcement of Mrs. Shapiro's appointment as the Foundation's new president, but nothing else. The only other text is boilerplate that is nearly (but not quite) a copyright violation COPYVIO of Teagle Foundation press releases. The Teagle Foundation has been extant since 1944, and helped 100's or 1000's of individuals. There is much more that can be written about it besides a single news story. Also, the references do not satisfy NPOV guidelines, as they are Teagle Foundation websites or press releases about Mrs. Shapiro, with one exception. Please re-submit this Afc after making suggested changes. If you would like, please leave a note on my talk page when you have done so, and it would be my pleasure to review your amended Afc submission."

For some reason which I will now inquire about, the automatic template did not post to your user page. I will try to post it here manually. --FeralOink (talk) 19:16, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

After creating a User talk page, this seems to be allowing me to manually post the notification. I will follow up with the Afc project to notify them of the problem. I don't understand how you could have created an article, with a user name and user talk page that was labelled but did not exist. If you were an IP address user, you should have been able to create articles and received notifications about their status without any problem. --FeralOink (talk) 19:20, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
