Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (All the information is true and verifiable, not only is it verifiable, it will be verified before attempting to submit any or one portion of any of the article(s). Please consider, I have not yet even finished nor submitted an article yet. I have only made one revision to a Charles Manson page, which is signed by me personally and said information is also available to the public via the cite information left before the signature. In conclusion making this speedy deletion would be entirely too speedy. Give me a chance. Thank you all so much. )--Coffinkid (talk) 12:00, 8 December 2017 (UTC)Coffinkid[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Julian Emeshali, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I would like to know how to correct the red or "dead" links on my page.Coffinkid (talk) 23:05, 11 December 2017 (UTC)Coffinkid[reply]

Red links are simply links to pages that don't yet exist on Wikipedia. When an article exists in main space, they will turn blue. However, this is probably the simplest of many issue that you have. You appear to be creating several drafts at present, none of which look as though they have any chance of being retained on Wikipedia. Please spend a few days getting to know Wikipedia by making minor useful edits to other articles and get to know how formatting and wiki markup all work. On your present course you are likely to experience some frustration and wasted time that might be easily avoided by getting to know Wikipedia better. I am close to finishing my first article, and I would like for it not to be denied. The article is about a person whom owns a company, my question is if I name the manufacturer for the company at the end of the article, would it then be a violation of any Wikipedia policy? Would I need to create a seporate page for the man and the company or would it somehow still be considered advertising? The article is to-the-point, non-repetitive, and I did my best with proper citations. Thanks, any and all input is appreciated. --Coffinkid (talk) 16:34, 14 December 2017 (UTC)Coffinkid[reply]
Naming the company will have no impact on its notability. At present, the draft has no evidence of notability.  Velella  Velella Talk   17:26, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Velella Thank you for the advice. I am still researching the topic as it is. --Coffinkid (talk) 19:43, 14 December 2017 (UTC)Coffinkid[reply]
