I told you Berean Hunter, please help on Sergecross73's talk page to block this user for unacceptable username. Because the username "Chikao Ohtsuka" is unacceptable and did not meet the Wikipedia's username policy. It's supposed to be deceased person Chikao Ōtsuka, known for father of Akio Ōtsuka and Japanese voice actor for all the many fictional characters (expect Dr. Weil from Megaman Zero and Dr. Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog and more). It's the unconstructive edit from Wikipedia article about Chikao Ōtsuka, Berean Hunter. Appears to be a lyric from cartoon series Batman, being article is damaged and appears to be a vandalism. Chikao Ohtsuka (talk) 00:36, 21 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, he's around but unless I'm missing something the thing we may be discussing is whether or not to block this account. I'm not sure if you are a vandal (you made that vandalism edit) or whether there happens to be a competence issue.

I'm not sure I follow what's happening here, considering there's a warning on this page with my signature despite the fact that I haven't edited this talk page before this edit. But if Chikao's first order of business was to request an unblock for that "Hussein Sonic" account, which was rightfully blocked by me, I assume it's a poorly thought out attempt to block evade. Looking into this further, it seems Chikao Ohtsuka gave their own self a warning about their user name, and then for whatever reason, used my signature to make it look like I had done it. (See dif here.) Very bizarre, but at the same time, it confirms that this probably is that same LTA account I thought it was yesterday, as they too had a tendency to attempt to impersonate myself or other editors for various (poorly thought out) reasons. Also, the other account I was thinking of was actually Hussein saaed sonic, not that "Hussein Sonic" account, though I think all of them, along with a host of other names and IP addresses, are the same person, who is indefinitely blocked for WP:COMPETENCE/WP:IDHT/WP:DE reasons. Berean Hunter, thank you for blocking, and if you see any more connected accounts, feel free to ask me about them, or just block them on the spot, as they do nothing but waste the project's time.
