License tagging for Image:Chamillitary.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Chamillitary.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:05, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Deck the Halls (film), are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Can't sleep, clown will eat me 17:30, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your RfA

[edit]

Hi. I'd like to gently suggest you withdraw your RfA. There is no chance it will pass at this time, given your very low edit count and the recent vandalism warning you have. Gracefully withdrawing now will avoid you getting a lot of oppose opinions and will likely look much better for a subsequent RfA attempt. Best luck, Gwernol 21:17, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I've closed your request early, as it had no chance of passing. Continue the good work you are doing now, and if you want to try re-applying in about three months' time, with about 3000 edits. Thanks. --Majorly (Talk) 21:20, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Southpole (clothing) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.  Velella  Velella Talk   18:22, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
