Declined speedy

I declined the speedy on Crystal Hotels because while notability was definitely in question, the article is no longer in another language. It was edited and put in English before you tagged it. The thing about A2 is that articles only qualify if they're in another language. However, it did qualify for an A7, as it didn't appear to be a particularly notable hotel chain. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:14, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

@Tokyogirl79: Thanks. I thought about A7 but compared to other hotel chains with pages thought it was comparable. Thought the direct, machine translation with no reference to original source was more pertinent. Either way, problem solved. Thanks again for the feedback! C1776MTalk 22:34, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Against Their Will (band), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Heavy metal (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thanks my little bot friend, I never would have caught that! If only real people were as helpful as you. C1776MTalk 22:26, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

INVEA-TECH

Hi there - my removal of the PROD tag was purely administrative, as articles previously discussed at AFD are no longer eligible for PROD. As the article was deleted, you could try WP:CSD#G4 - but that only works if the articles are identical. In this case the article are similar but not enough for me to feel comfortable deleting as G4. So the next step is AFD - I am happy to take it there as a neutral party if you wish? I have no opinion on notability either way. GiantSnowman 20:02, 11 March 2014 (UTC)

Nomination of INVEA-TECH for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article INVEA-TECH is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/INVEA-TECH (2nd nomination) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. GiantSnowman 20:40, 11 March 2014 (UTC)

Problem addressed

I wrote a message a few hours ago in regards to some problems I was having but they have been addressed in the Tea House - thank youKHBibby (talk) 05:35, 17 March 2014 (UTC) KHBibby (talk) 05:35, 17 March 2014 (UTC)

Birds of Satan/Liv Warfield

I received your message and I'm attempting to fix the issues!

"Is an ensemble which contains two or more independently notable musicians, or is a musician who has been a reasonably-prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles.[note 6] This should be adapted appropriately for musical genre; for example, having performed two lead roles at major opera houses." - Wondering if note six works for Taylor Hawkins who has been a prominent member of two to three bands. Allowing them to have their own page?

Also wondering what the exact issue is with Liv Warfield as she does have two albums out.

Let me know what you think and what I can do to fix them - as I'd love for these artists to get the proper credit they deserve!

Thanks Iloveartists2 (talk) 17:45, 24 March 2014 (UTC)

Trouted

Whack!

You've been whacked with a wet trout.

Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly.

You have been trouted for: YOUR REASON HERE dick

Editing

I did not undertake disruptive editing to the shown pages. My Wikipedia account was hacked by a server user which has now been sorted out, and in addition to this I am a new user to Wikipedia.

Furthermore, I found your E-Mail specifically threatening and harmful to me, so therefore would like no further editing related articles to do with your user page. I would class your message as abusive.

I've replied on your talk page. Thanks! C1776MTalk 14:32, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

Vandalism?

Why did u reverted my edition here (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2014_Crimean_crisis&diff=601548871&oldid=601547279)? Can you explain that? 46.71.4.197 (talk) 20:31, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for explanation and good luck. 46.71.4.197 (talk) 20:40, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

Mesenteric Ischemia

To Whom it May Concern:

I am unclear as to why you have deleted my edits to the mesenteric ischemia article. Are you a physician? I am a physician at Columbia University, and the old information in the mesenteric ischemia article was factually incorrect; it pertained to a different topic--ischemic colitis--which has its own Wikipedia entry. If you, as a medical professional, have disagreements, I am happy to discuss them; if not, I ask that you respect my edits because they are indeed correct.

Your edits may very well be correct, but personal knowledge is not a verifiable, reliable source. Feel free to make your edits and properly cite independent, secondary sources. —Josh3580talk/hist 04:13, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Re: Recent edit to Nikola Tesla

Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. I have reverted your edit. The List "Electromechanical devices and principles developed by Nikola Tesla:" was removed from the article "Nikola Tesla" (starting with comments by me[2] 19 months ago) because it was fundamentally un-encyclopedic. It made implied claims these were Tesla inventions, it did not conform to WP:LIST (must be articles), and it contained material that was unreferenced or referenced to primary sources. Not sourcing or sourcing to 100 year old primary sources is a valid reason for removal. This list was trimmed by me to conform it to WP:LIST and basic WP:V[3], remainder moved to the info box by another editor[4], and then trimmed again to conform the info box to guidelines. I see no reason to take the article backwards after 19 of months consensus edits. I will note the removal on the article talk page. Feel free to supply versions/encyclopedic rational/reliable sources for such a list if you think it is still necessary. Thank you! Fountains of Bryn Mawr (talk) 20:29, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

No problem, ty. Now you got me thinking about lists!!! Well..... its on the talk page, someone may come up with a good addition in that form. Fountains of Bryn Mawr (talk) 20:42, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

I do not know how to add the right permission, that picture is freely available on the public domain. Also, the president is not well represented with that other brownish picture so if you could help me out with that it would be great. Brokenmoon12 (talk) 20:54, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Reversion of edits

Regarding your reversion of my edits, I can see how you might think that the changes I made were vandalism but the reason that you gave for reverting the changes was already present in the text. All I did was make corrections/rewrite the text so that it made more sense in English. In regards to references, not really sure how to do that. The events in question are presented in the OVA and must be mentioned in the manga but I haven't read it. Not really a big deal if the text stays the same, just wanted to explain. Thanks for caring. 72.39.122.224 (talk) 03:25, 4 April 2014 (UTC)

I'm sorry, I can't find the reversion you're talking about. If you can tell me the article I'll try to give you a better response. C1776MTalk 05:15, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
