I/O current booster

Hi, finally I found a small chip from TI that provides me with the functionality I need. The chip is UC2950. You only need to provide a TTL input and you can sink or source up to 2 A. And it has protections to prevent shoot-through. --Jcmaco 20:25, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
