Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Belguinprosper, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Young and Free International, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Ahecht (TALK

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article Young & Free International has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 14:51, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Young & Free International requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here.  GILO   A&E 15:25, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Young & Free International

[edit]

Hello Belguinprosper,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Young & Free International for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Trivialist (talk) 00:32, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Young and Free International

[edit]

The article Young and Free International has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Little coverage found via Google, doesn't appear to meet WP:N or WP:CORP.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —Largo Plazo (talk) 02:32, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Young and Free International for deletion

[edit]

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Young and Free International until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Ahecht (TALK

Ahecht yes I accept that i removed the notices from the page but that was a mistake i did not intend. Sorry about that. I Will be careful next time. Ahecht i also seek your guidance on what you think i should adjust on that article please of Young and Free International. And about the Contest this speedy deletion, I have done it several times. Do i need to do it again and again please? Help me please on those issues have inquired about. i Humbly request please.Belguinprosper (talk) 13:41, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Belguinprosper: Unfortunately, unless you can find several sources of significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject of the article, I don't think that the article can be saved. It may simply be too soon for an article about your organization. Wikipedia strongly discourages people from writing about their own organizations, so it would be best if you waited until someone independent of Young and Free International thinks it is notable and writes about it. --Ahecht (TALK
PAGE
) 14:30, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ahecht Is that what this is all about? Me writing about my own organisation? Well Wikipedia strongly discourages people from writing about their own organizations but that does not mean it prohibits them from doing so. If there is no proof that what I have written is a lie, why should this article be denied from being saved? Secondly, I have listed some independent sources talking about this organisation. Are you trying to mean this platform should only be about well known organisations? It would be much more meaningful if an article is not saved simply because what is being written about is not in existence but this is existing. Something that has even appeared in News. What do you think about this for sure? There is no proof that what i have written is a fake but simply because I have written about my own organisation and the fact that some links link to me doesn't mean its unreal. Besides, this is an editable page, so as time goes by and new things are discovered, any wikipedian is always free to add some edits long as they can account for them. I find it an unfair ground to fail saving this page simply because it has been written by me. Instead, I would call it an act of transparency to Wikipedia if I openly write about my own organisation and leave the team to investigate if what i have written is real, instead of me acting so "fake" by opening an account in another name that will do the writing for me. I would rather act transparent. All wikipedia has to do is to investigate and see if what i have written is non-existent and if it is then the article can be brought down but if there is no single proof, why should it be brought down other than developing it into what a person sees fit. All these articles on Wikipedia are constantly being reviewed and updated as people add more and more reliable sources. Why deny this article a chance? Why keep the notice of deletion and push for the article to be brought down yet even some of the best articles of existing companies on wikipedia have more reliable sources each year because they are left to stay online as people will keep updating them as events unfold. Why deny this article a chance?

@Belguinprosper: I'm going to put this as simply as I can: Per WP:ORG, your article will be deleted because your organization has not received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject of the article. No amount of editing can overcome a lack of notability. --Ahecht (TALK
PAGE
) 16:58, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ahecht Am not contented with your decision. There are so many factors you are under looking. Why cant I just be given more time to continue updating this page. Just like any other pages are done. I have already shown a degree of natability basing on the links to independent sources I have provided. More notability will definitely come along as i update the page or any other wikipedian does. Humbly please Ahecht just let the page stay and give it more time. Dont mark it for deletion or even delete it. Lets work together to make it better.

@Belguinprosper: My decision is not the authoritative one, that will be decided by the consensus at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Young_and_Free_International. You can argue your point there. You could also request that the article be moved to draft space (WP:USERFY) to give you more time to work on it. --Ahecht (TALK

Non-free rationale for File:Young & Free International.jpeg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Young & Free International.jpeg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 21:11, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Belguinprosper requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (it is a user page and all wikipedia users with wikipedia accounts are encouraged to open up user pages with information about themselves. Information contained in this user page is true about the user person. If the page is deleted then Wikipedia and the person in charge of the deletion should be clear on what information a person should include about themselves and what they should not in their user page) --Belguinprosper (talk) 16:39, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (the page belongs to a Wikipedia user with a Wikipedia account. All users are encouraged to open up pages displaying information about themselves. Information provided by the user of this page is about themselves with reference to the claims in the information. Unless it is a violation for a user to provide information about themselves with references and links that confirm that information, this page should not be deleted. Deleting it would mean that Wikipedia contradicts own information it gives when encouraging users to set up their user pages with information about themselves. Wikipedia users do not have to be ambiguous people. They need to have actual human profiles and that is what this page displays together with references and links. It is by Wikipedia users having real profiles that their Wikipedia articles created about other topics on Wikipedia make sense since it is tracaeble to an actual user that has decided to genuinely create a valid profile about themselves.) --Belguinprosper (talk) 16:55, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Help me!

[edit]

{{help me}} Please help me with... Hello Administrator. I am seeking help on how to write and create my user page on Wikipedia to standards that will not cause it for nomination to be deleted. How are you able to make yours. The last attempt I made mine, I put all true information about me and it was deleted sighting that it seemed it was looking like a webhost. I seek guidance on how to make my own user page that is ok. If there is also a template I can use, I will be happy to be guided towards it. Belguinprosper (talk) 03:52, 17 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much. I am hoping to do my best to master everything.
