Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dr Haneef Shareef, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Director (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Saeed Shad requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Alexf(talk) 14:06, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dr Haneef Shareef

[edit]

I know, but donot change this article all filmography or career. because i made this article and i provided correct information.

I've nothing against including information about his film career if it can be sourced to reliable references, but you cannot use the text from his website; it is not freely licenced and doing so is therefore a violation of the website owner's copyright. Yunshui  14:10, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article DranDeh has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unremarkable, unsourced.

Does not indicate how it meets WP:MOVIE

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. which is copy right..

[edit]

Which one i copied tell me?

You need to listen to the advice you are being given. A number of experienced editors - myself included - have explained that what you are doing is not in line with Wikipedia policy. The text you keep adding is taken almost verbatim from http://haneefshareef.weebly.com/ which is not released under an appropriate free licence. Indeed, by repeatedly adding this material you are actually breaking the law. If you continue in this vein, your account will be blocked from editing, and you will no longer be able to contribute to Wikipedia. Please for everyone's sake, read the copyright policy and the verifiability policy (you may also want to look at the deletion policy as well) before continuing to edit. I deleted that website

I delete that website totally, now my article is not copy right.

I guess that's one solution... Of course, you realise that you've also removed the only sourced material and all the sources, which were the only thing preventing the article from being deleted. I'm done here; if you won't listen when people attempt to help, then I see no further reason to waste my time. Yunshui  15:10, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Saeed Shad

[edit]

why this article is nominated for criteria for speedy deletion..I deleted all copy right with that website.

There is no mention of copyrighted info in Saeed Shad deletion request. The speedy deletion notice clearly states it is because notability was not asserted. Please read it again and respond appropriately in the article's Talk page if you want to defend it. You need to read the notices and links that have been repeatedly give to you in an effort to help you understand. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. As such we can only accept notable subjects. You wrote several articles, and almost all of them have the same issue. Please do not post or edit anymore until you read, and understand, what people are trying to tell you. Also, as said before - several times now - please sign your posts in talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). -- Alexf(talk) 15:29, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of maintenance tags at Haneef Shareef

[edit]

Please stop removing maintenance tags without fixing the underlying issue. You have done this repeatedly. This is not appropriate behavior and it is considered vandalism. Doing this again will lead to a block of your account. Please also read about the Three-revert rule which you are already in breach of. Please stop, read and ask. Do not blindly revert. -- Alexf(talk) 15:37, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Using various IP addresses to evade your block is unacceptable. You have done it three times so far on three addresses to post to Haneef Shareef and Saeed Shad. You had ample warnings and opportunities to discuss. The block was placed and the reasons explained to you right above. I am extending your block. If you want to discuss and appeal, please do so here. You are not to edit anywhere else until this issue is resolved or your block expires. You are welcome to make your case here. -- Alexf(talk) 11:59, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:17, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
