Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and the articles are about people and things that are already written about in books or newspapers. You are not allowed to create articles about yourself or your friends, or about things you have made up. All information in Wikipedia has to be supported in independent sources. Finally, please stop creating new users. When one user is blocked for vandalism (such as creating inappropriate pages) you can't just make a new user.
