Amino acid articles

I've undone two of your image changes because they contradicted your content changes. If you write that the side-chain is protonated under physiologic conditions, then you cannot use an image that is *not* protonated there as the physiologically relevant one. I have not yet edited the content you changed, but it also needs work...you removed lots of wikilinks to key terms that are useful to lay readers (essential amino acid, even amino acid and the other key functional groups). Please re-add those links and similar. I think there are some typos as well (non-subscripted numbers for amines)...might want to correct them while you're working on these articles further.
