In short, because Radio Maesteg is not sufficiently notable per Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies), as it doesn't seem to be reported on by any reliable sources that aren't from the radio station itself. Your usage of 'our' makes it seem like you represent Radio Maesteg in some way. If that is true, it is a conflict of interest, and you must disclose your conflict of interest following the guidelines here. Hope this helps, and if any more questions, feel free to ask them here.
