According to Wikipedia guidelines, we generally do not include exceptionally contentious labels in biographies of living persons. Instead, articles will usually discuss any convictions or credibly supported evidence that may be immediately relevant to the subject. If you are confident in the merit of an edit but other contributors disagree please take this discussion to talk:Chris Nelloms. The lead did not appear to meet MOS:LEAD guides. I expanded it, including the addition of the subject's criminal conviction, in a manner that may be more in line with WP:BLP and WP:CONTENTIOUS guidelines.
