Plot

When Mike Strauber finds his wife in bed with his best friend, he self-mutilates and begins to kill strangers in bloody and horrific ways.

Truth or Dare was shot on 16mm film specifically for the direct-to-video market.[2] Director Tim Ritter was 18 at the time of production.[3]
