  1. ^ Certain award groups do not simply award one winner. They acknowledge several different recipients, have runners-up, and have third place. Since this is a specific recognition and is different from losing an award, runner-up mentions are considered wins in this award tally. For simplification and to avoid errors, each award in this list has been presumed to have had a prior nomination.

The Filipino singer and actress Sarah Geronimo has received numerous awards and nominations for her contributions to music. She rose to prominence after winning the television talent show Star for a Night in 2003.[1] That same year, she signed a record deal with Viva Records and released her debut album Popstar: A Dream Come True, which included the singles "Forever's Not Enough" and "Sa Iyo".[2] The songs won her the awards for the Best Performance by a New Female Recording Artist and the Best Dance Recording, respectively, at the 2004 Awit Awards. Her next studio album, Sweet Sixteen (2004), included the lead single "How Could You Say You Love Me" and a cover of "I Want to Know What Love Is", the latter of which was nominated for Favorite Remake at the 2006 Myx Music Awards.

Becoming (2006), Geronimo's third studio album, yielded the lead single "I Still Believe in Loving You", which was nominated for Favorite Mellow Video at the 2007 Myx Music Awards. Her fourth studio album, Taking Flight, contained the singles "I'll Be Alright", "Ikaw" and "I'll Be Here".[3] "Ikaw" was named Song of the Year at the 2008 Myx Music Awards.

Geronimo has also received accolades for her work in film. She played the female lead in A Very Special Love (2008) and its sequels You Changed My Life (2009) and It Takes a Man and a Woman (2013). All of the films were commercially successful,[4] earning her the Box Office Entertainment Awards for Box Office Queen for all three and the Golden Screen Award for Best Actress for the third film. She was also received three nominations for Best Movie Actress at the Star Awards for Movies for her leading roles, winning the award for Miss Granny (2018).

Geronimo has also received international recognition throughout her career for her artistry and work, including the Best Southeast Asian Act at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards and Best Asian Act at the 2012 Mnet Asian Music Awards. In addition to competitive awards, she was honored as FAMAS's Golden Artist in 2009 and the Global Force Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards in 2024, making her the first Filipino in the award show's history to receive the honor.[5]
