The Wikipedia article "Affinity electrophoresis" is lacking a considerable amount of information. Of course, this could be because of its very broad nature and having been forgotten in favor of elaborating on the more specific techniques and uses of affinity electrophoresis. Knowing this, I think it would be good idea to flesh out different sections within the article to include perhaps a brief summary of each specific technique or apparatus used within the process of affinity electrophoresis. Perhaps adding the most popular or most widely used techniques could give the article more substance and vigor, and help to improve with understanding precisely what it is. That being said, the information that is on the page is questionable. It is not biased, nor does it seem to push any sort of agenda. However, it should be noted that the source of the information is from an article that was published in 1975, which means it is likely very out of date if it was even accurate to begin with.
