My name is Brisa and I would like to tell you about myself. I am a current part time student at Everett Community College, I am in the process of getting my Registered Nurse prerequisites. My hobbies involve hiking and exploring quiet places in nature. I am interested in being able to domain work and school at the same time, multitasking shall become my virtue. I also am a current Certified Nursing Assistant, my job involves in home caregiving. A major subject I would enjoy writing about would be Transcendentalism , another topic I could possibly be interested by is Phenomenology (philosophy).

Article Review

I am a recent graduate from Mariner High School, being present for all four years makes me feel obligated to make sure its page is as accurate and up to date as can be. I visited the Mariner High School and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: the lack of citations that are linked to the facts, its underrepresented diversity and the updated data left unadded.

Citations

In sports it's crucial to have proper links or reliable sources where one can assure that scores are accurate. This article mentions Mariner competing in the WESCO 4A conference but does not have an actual line where you can verify that information. Although they attempt to make the high schools seem as successful as possible with claiming they have been state playoffs, they do not provide a link where you can visit.

Incomplete

I've noticed that not only does the article not mention the amount of languages and dialect being spoken within the walls of Mariner. It fails to mention that it also has open doors for students with learning disabilities. The problem is that it does not mention how diverse in cultures it is , which makes it loose its whole subject matter of Mariner High School being a school with variety of backgrounds.

Age

My main concern about this article is that it's missing a really updated after school club that is only offered among most community colleges and universities. This club is named M.E.Ch.A , representing Migrant Educational Consortium for High Achievement. This after school club is the first ever in any high school, I got to be part of its upbringing last year. We contributed with Voyager Middle School to offer an outreach for help and preparedness of success in high school for 8th grade students of color.

Summary

All in all I would rate this article as "needs improvement", under its "Athletics" section title, all the "information" that talks about its scores and state play offs don't really offer ay linked sources to give credit that all these achievements are in fact, facts. The insufficient data and visual representations that would display an image of the diversity is a big defect. Being a very stereotyped school, it shall offer its up to date information on ow new clubs are upbringing out youth.
